With the explosion of mass media, the youth, especially students who overwhelm in a sea of some jumbled up information currents and wonder which one is official and which one is unofficial, which one is useful and which one is harmful etc.

In the world of various information, the majority of students often ignore the useful information which directly affects their lives and opportunities to shine themselves (e.g. information of scholarship, rented house cost, water cost, bus fee, health insurance service etc.)

In the school scale, although being provided information frequently by school managing board and School Union via many channels like report, internal website etc., students have not had many chances to dialogue directly with the school leaders in order to contribute the ideas of building as well as express their expectations.

With the principle of action, Yleader donates for developing society and community, especially student community. Under the sponsor of  C&D fund and the support of TV television- VTV6 channel that organize program “Accessing to information for young people in education, life and public services” in order to give young people the knowledge and useful information in life and study.Besides, this program also creates open playground by a contest of eloquence for young people who catch opportunities to express their abilities as well as contribute opinions to building draft access to information law.
